   Level 1: If you spend Ksh10,000-50,000 a month, you will be charged a 25% agency rate.
   Level 2: If you spend Ksh50,000-100,000 a month, you will be charged a 20% agency rate.
   Level 3: If you spend more than Ksh100,000 a month, you will be charged a 15% agency rate.

3. How will you learn my business?

   We will send you a questionnaire. Upon completion, we will schedule a kickoff call with you to discuss the questionnaire. Also, in case we may have any additional questions about your business. We’ll also do more research and develop a strategy that is specific to your business.
4. Do I have to provide you with content for advertisements?                                                                            No, you do not have to provide us with content. If ads are not performing well, we will pause them and tweak your campaign. In addition,we  will be optimizing your campaign as time progresses. In most situations, we are running A/B split tests in your ad campaign.
6. How much should I be spending on advertising to work with you?
    The minimum amount that we can start working on is Ksh10,000 per month. We do this because that the least amount that clients can start to see result with their Paid ads.
